For the sale of homes over 500,000, we list your home for a commission of 1.5%. We list your home on the multiple listing service (MLS) at a suggested commission of 2.5% to the selling broker, if any. (We can reduce that percentage to a smaller number for higher priced homes, for example over $1,000,000.) If you or we find the buyer, we charge a commission of 2.0% total to represent both you and the buyer (dual agency).
